HENSEX securities offers its client (Basic brokerage plan) to place order by Call & Trade which will be charged Rs. 20 (excluding GST) per order while placed through phone.Call & Trade service is Free for users who opted Premium /Advance brokerage plan.

Demat transaction charges are Rs. 25/- per scrip (excluding GST).

To change your brokerage plan you can send us an email from the registered email ID with a subject line “Change my Brokerage plan” to csupport@hensex.com. Please mention your name and your UCC (Client Code) in the email. Request for changing brokerage plans will be processed with in week, during the business days.

Yes, it is a mandatory requirement form SEBI in order to conduct electronic transactions.

For Bank account proof please provide us a cancelled cheque. The cancelled cheque must contain the following.
• Your name
• Bank’s IFSC code
• Your bank account number

Note: For dealing in derivatives, you have to share 6 months.

To change the registered physical address with your account please submit physical KYC MODIFICATION form along with a valid address proof.


To change the existing mobile phone number or your registered email ID you will have to send us the KYC MODIFICATION form available on our website.
